Payment Policy

For your convenience, we offer the following payment options

1. Payment in full at time of appointment, if no insurance coverage.
   We do accept credit cards.
2. Payment of the portion your insurance will not cover.
   (co-payment of deductible)
3. Payment of balance in full on receipt of your statement.

 

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
